The chase is an ideal holiday home, catering for up to ten people with full central heating making it great for young children or surfers wanting direct access to the sandy beach, swimmers who might prefer the heated swimming pool or the Atlantic Ocean, elderly people wanting a reasonably priced out of season break in quiet unspoiled surroundings or walkers wishing to enjoy the magnificent scenery of North Cornwall.
The bungalow is of unusual design with the original sitting room enjoying the outstanding sea views with four bedrooms leading off. There is a spacious and well fitted kitchen/diner, also with sea views and a large living room to the south of the property overlooking the heated swimming pool and gardens. The accommodation consists of the following: ground floor Entrance hall with store cupboard housing a chest freezer. Large living room with three-piece suite, TV and Video. Kitchen/diner with electric cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing and drying machines, and a dishwasher. The dining table seats 8. Sitting room with open fire and colour TV, and with doors to 4 bedrooms. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC and wash basin. Shower room with cubicle shower, WC and wash basin. Master bedroom with double bed Bedroom 2 with twin beds Bedroom 3 with 3' beds Bathroom 4 with 2'6" beds
general information All beds are provided with duvets and pillows but tenants are asked to bring their own linen and towels Electricity and oil is included in the rent, the central heating system and hot water supplied by the oil fired boiler are adjustable both thermostatically and on time-control facilities and services A highchair is available on request via the Caretaker, Gill Watts, Baby-sitting can also be provided There is parking space for up to four cars Garden and patio furniture is supplied Tennis court available for all tenants occupying property on the Estate There is a restaurant and pub 200 yards and shops 1 mile from the house The house does have a telephone, and occupants are welcome to make up to £10 worth of telephone calls a week but in excess of this, a payment would be appreciated cleaning Cleaning can either be undertaken by tenants or if required Gill Watts can arrange it for between £30-£40. payment must be made to her directly. |
