Seapoint is a semi-detacted house set on a cliff-top overlooking the beautiful sea and beach of Harlyn Bay with unspoiled views. The house offers a variety of different holidays from peaceful out-of-season short breaks to early summer weeks for younger children, to the holiday for all the family during the busier summer weeks.

Seapoint was originally built in the 1930's but was split into two houses during the early 60's. It now comprises of the following:

ground floor

Large through lounge/dining room with coal fire, TV/Video and magnificent sea views

Kitchen with French doors which lead on to the lawn, also with superb outlook. Freezer, microwave, washing machine, double oven and breakfast bar

Ground floor bathroom, with shower, toilet and hand basin

first floor

Master bedroom with double bed, wash basin and panoramic sea views

Bedroom 2 with two 3' beds

Bedroom 3 with 3' bunk beds

Bathroom with toilet

loft

The "Crows Nest" with 2 single beds (suitable for children only) and wash basin

general information

All beds are provided with duvets and pillows but tenants are asked to bring their own linen and towels

Heating is provided from a new gas central heating system and electricity and gas is included in the rent except for out-of-season lets when a meter reading is requested and payment for use is made

A highchair is available on request via the Caretaker, Gill Watts, Baby sitting can also be provided

There is ample parking space for over six cars

Tennis court available for all tenants occupying property on the Estate

There is a restaurant and pub 200 yards and shops 1 mile from the house

The house does not have a telephone

cleaning

Cleaning can either be undertaken by tenants or if required Gill Watts can arrange it for between £30-£40, payment must be made to her directly.
