Spindrift is a large detached house, built in 1972, situated about 200 yards from the beach, and enjoying magnificent sea views from all the rooms. The house is of split level design.

ground floor

The front door leads into a lobby and hall area, off which a shower room and toilet is located. A flight of stairs leads to the main part of the house which consists of a large lounge with open fireplace and colour TV, CD and DVD player, a separate dining room, and a large kitchen which includes an eating area. The kitchen is equipped with split level cooker and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.

first floor

Three steps from the landing lead to a double bedroom (double 4'6'' bed), and the master bedroom (5' double bed) and en suite bathroom and toilet. Another flight of stairs leads to two further double bedrooms (each with two 3'6'' divans) and separate toilet. Each double bedroom is equipped with a washbasin.

general information

All beds are provided with duvets and two pillows, but tenants are asked to bring their own bed linen and towels. Alternatively tenants can make their own arrangements to hire bed linen and towels from the caretaker.

The house is all electric, and rents charged are inclusive of electricity and central heating if required. Coal is available for tenants use with the open fire. An electric fire is also available.

The property is surrounded by an extensive grass area to the front. There is a patio area at the back of the house (south facing) and a large picnic table, benches and a barbecue are provided.

Tenents are not permitted to smoke inside the property.

There are positively NO DOGS allowed.

Adjacent to the patio is a 30' heated swimming pool enclosed in a separately fenced off and landscaped area. Beyond the swimming pool is grass at the rear of the tennis court, which is for exclusive use of Spindrift tenants.

There is ample parking space for four cars

There is a restaurant and pub 200 yards and shops 1 mile from the house

A telephone is available
